Just updated our web site with a sampling of pages from two wedding albums. Dena & Tommie and Jen & Josh are two of the couples whose weddings we did in 2009. Carol and I had a great time doing their photography, and we also enjoyed designing their albums. Each album was 40 pages, so there is just a sampling of pages on www.LifeStylePhotography.biz in the gallery tab.
Kathryn and Mike couldn’t wait for their ceremony to be completed so they could “be” wife and husband! There was a lot of huggin’ and kissin’ going on last Saturday at their wedding. They are such a loving couple! Ashelynn Manor was the location for their ceremony and reception. We’re working on getting their previews up on our Web Gallery. Once they select their favorite images we’ll start designing their Montage album. Here are a few fun pics.
Janae and Wes are a super fine couple! Carol and I had a great time at their wedding, and it has been just as much fun creating their album. They came to the studio today to review and approve the album pages. So now we go to press. They liked what they saw on the computer, and I’m betting they will be thrilled with the actual album. We love you guys!
Sarah and Brandon exchanged vows and rings at Prince of Peace earlier this year. They are a fun-lovin’ couple! Very close friends made up the large wedding party. Everyone had a great time at the reception held at Wyndehave Terrace. Sarah’s dad’s toast brought a lot of laughs and a few tears as he congratulated his daughter and new son-in-law. Sandy and Lynn had a beautiful wedding with the ceremony and reception all at Shirley Acres. Family and friends enjoyed their celebration on a truly perfect day for a wedding. At the reception we discovered that most of the guests are members of a dance group with Sandy and Lynn. These folks can dance! We felt like we were photographing Dancing With The Stars! There were hundreds and hundreds of images to choose from, so Sandy decided to go with two albums. The first was all ceremony, and the reception made up the second volume. It was a fun evening, and the couple has two books full of great memories.
Who says your wedding memories can only come in 4 x 6 or a traditional matted album? Here is a way to keep your memories on the wall and alive every time you pass by. This Story Board is 16 x 20, but they can be made larger. It’s a great way to display favorite wedding photographs! Come see the actual print at the Bridal Show coming up at the Woodlands Mall on October 19. We’ll be in the J. C. Penney court having fun showing all that’s new in wedding photography.
Wedding bells rang at 2:00 last Saturday as Valerie and Frank exchanged their vows. About 250 relatives and friends were there to celebrate with them at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church and then toast them at Wyndehaven Terrace during their reception. There was a whole lot of huggin’ and kissin’ going on! This was Karter’s first time to be a flower girl, but she handled it like a pro. Josh, the ring bearer, had already been in 3 weddings so he had his part down pat. Once the cake was cut and the toasts were offered the party really got into full swing. We had no shortage of subjects for wedding photographs. Valerie and Frank will return from their honeymoon over the weekend, and we will have their previews posted on our web gallery for them to enjoy.
It happens all the time. Couples get married in another city or on a tropical island. Their photographer gives them all their images on DVD but no album or prints. So they have “digital negatives” but nothing to hold in their hand and look at. We can design a wedding album and print individual prints for them, and we have already done a couple of albums like that. There are various style of wedding albums we can show you. We offer the flush mount albums (we call them Montage albums), traditional matted albums and the contemporary coffee table books. The smaller versions of these albums called “Brag Books” are a huge hit these days. That DVD will sit in a drawer forever unless you decide to do something with the images. Guests from all over Europe and the U.S. came to witness Anita and Steven celebrate their vows. A true international wedding. Their ceremony was at Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church where Anita is children’s choir director. Lots of kids at the wedding. Augusta Pines hosted their reception. A very scenic country club with outstanding service directed by Susan Metzger. Carol and I truly enjoyed being wedding photographers at Anita and Steven’s wedding celebration. We are in the process of designing their flush mount (we call it Montage) album. As soon as it is done, we’ll show you some of the pages. Check back often.
